Thea is an Australian Physiotherapist, who graduated from La Trobe University in 2019. Thea initially gained experience in aged care and community rehabilitation, before finding her passion in Private Practice, where she has worked for the past 3 years.
Thea aims to provide a thorough assessment to form an accurate diagnosis. Thea is a friendly and empathetic person who loves working together with people to provide tailored treatment specific to the individual. This may involve a mixture of hands-on treatment, exercise, education and management plans.
Thea also specialises in the treatment of headaches, utilising a manual therapy technique called the Watson headache approach. Thea has been a clinical Pilates instructor for the past 3 years, utilising direction specific exercises to help with pain management, rehabilitation and conditioning. Thea is very good at adapting exercises to fit your needs and ability whilst creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
In her spare time Thea enjoys playing cricket, swimming and running.
