Women’s Health

Women’s health includes Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Our Physical Therapists and Pilates Instructors follow evidence-based exercise programmes to maintain and improve good posture as your pregnancy develops

We can help many musculoskeletal pregnancy-related conditions with Physiotherapy- and Pilates-based exercise regimes. We link in with some of the most eminent Consultants to look after their patients.

We also offer pelvic floor training.


It is estimated that 3 million people in the UK have osteoporosis. Osteoporosis occurs when the struts which make up the mesh-like structure within bones becomes thin, causing bones to become fragile and may break easily, often following a fall.

Much can be done to treat osteoporosis and prevent fractures. Physiotherapy treatment can greatly help. We offer evidence based exercise programmes as 1:1 1:3 or group classes, depending on your severity.

A women menstrual journey- Puberty to menopause

We offer health and Wellbeing Events to discuss what are normal symptoms and what not to put up with and seek help.

We work with specialist GP’s, nutritionists and business psychologists to offer support and education.
