Our team has the experience to understand the nature of your pain and to identify and treat the cause. We are also great motivators and supporters. This is key – because we believe you play an active part in your own rehabilitation.
Your recovery will be dramatically quicker if you engage with the process, do the exercises that we explain and also take seriously the lifestyle issues that we may discuss. After all, physical injury or pain is a strong indicator that we are doing something wrong with our bodies. It may simply be an injury from a sporting or other accident, but it is so often a warning signal about how we are treating our body inappropriately.
While we will explain and show you essential exercises in your treatment sessions, we also recommend that you continue to exercise with us in our personal one-to-one or small classes.
