Our expert team can provide assessments, therapy and exercise classes at your chosen location for events such as corporate days, team-building events, and retreats. We tailor wellness events to suit your company’s needs to promote a healthier and happier team.

We offer the following services which can be combined to create a package that suits your companies needs. 

Therapy:

Physio Drop In’s:

Our Chartered Physiotherapists offer 15-minute advisory sessions to discuss injuries and guide recovery plans.

Body MOT/ Injury Prevention:

These sessions conducted by Chartered Physiotherapists help prevent injuries by analysing movement, co-ordination, flexibility and strength. We provide an individualised management strategy to protect joints and improve physical performance based on the assessment.

Nutrition Drop In’s: 

These 15-minute introductory nutritional assessments are tailored to your health goals. Our expert nutritionist can offer advice around simple lifestyle changes while enhancing your relationship with food.

Massage Therapy:

Our therapists can provide functional and holistic massage therapy sessions that leave clients feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Sessions can be scheduled as one-off or regular appointments, either onsite or at our clinic.

Women’s Health Talks:

Talks given by a Chartered Physiotherapist with particular focus around the impact of Women’s Health on musculoskeletal health and injury.

Exercise:

We offer a wide variety of classes with flexibility to suit your needs. Classes can be scheduled around a time that works for your team and can be attended at your offices, online or at our fully equipped studio in Victoria.

Pilates:

Classes aimed at building a strong foundation for movement, flexibility, and strength in a friendly and social environment. Our experienced instructors are able to adapt classes to suit any level.

Clinical Pilates:

Pilates classes led by Chartered Physiotherapists. Incorporating rehab-based exercises and education to enhance recovery and prevent injury.

Pilates HIIT:

Combines the traditional Pilates principles of movement control with the efficiency of high intensity interval training to ensure an effective cardiovascular and strengthening workout.

PhysiYoga:

Aims to calm the breath and mind to improve both mental and physical fitness. Classes are taught with a focus on breath control, flexibility, and core stability, while offering an appropriate level of challenge.

Personal Training:

1:1 or small group sessions with a personal trainer, tailored to individual goals.
