Agia-Maria graduated from St George’s University in 2019. After completing her clinical rotations at Imperial College, she went on to work in many of London’s private hospitals, where she gained experience working with various patients from the acute to late stages of rehabilitation. She has developed strong relationships with London’s top consultant surgeons and continues to work closely alongside them, particularly with post-operative rehabilitation.

Agia-Maria’s passion to support those through pain and injury stems from her own experiences, resulting in unmatched dedication and empathy towards her patients. Agia-Maria takes a hands-on approach to treatment. She incorporates techniques such as deep tissue, myofascial and trigger point release to help alleviate pain, while educating and motivating her clients towards their recovery.

Having practiced Bikram Yoga for over a decade, Agia-Maria takes a functional and holistic approach to treatment. She is currently completing her Pilates teacher training and incorporates this into her rehabilitation. Her main passion is to influence a change of lifestyle, and ensure overall mental and physical recovery for everyone she treats.
