Natalia’s qualifications are impressive. She obtained a medical degree from the Medical Academy of Moscow and a postgraduate diploma in Applied Human Nutrition from Oxford Brookes University. She is also a certified dermatologist and currently teaches the nutrition course at the Raymond Blanc Cookery School at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons.
