Sidra Shah

Specialist Women’s Health and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Sidra started her healthcare journey in 2012 by graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture from Middlesex University. Her passion to continue learning led her to complete her degree in Physiotherapy from St George’s University, alongside a Diploma in Sports and Remedial massage and her level 3 Personal Training qualification. She is aiming to complete her Pilates’ training in the near future, having already completed her Matwork levels with APPI.

Sidra has worked across different NHS trusts and private clinics around London. During her many years in healthcare, she developed a keen interest in Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation and Women’s Health and has chosen to specialise in these areas. She is happy to manage and treat a variety of sports and non-sports related injuries, and several Women’s Health related conditions. She aims to both guide and empower her clients throughout their rehabilitation journey, tailoring each to suit their clinical needs.

Outside of work Sidra has mainly been focused on martial arts, where she has both taught and competed at various levels. She also likes travelling around the world and learning how to cook different cuisines.
