Anna Arnold is a qualified Sports Therapist (BSc Sports Therapy) with a passion for helping people move better, recover faster, and feel their best.
Her career began in a rugby club setting, where she provided sports massage therapy and pitch-side support to athletes, helping them recover from training and competition while preventing injuries. She also ran a private clinic, offering hands-on manual therapy to aid recovery and optimise performance.
Anna then expanded her expertise at a non-surgical scoliosis treatment centre, where she developed a deep understanding of posture, spinal health, and functional movement. This experience strengthened her belief in a holistic, individualised approach to care — one that considers the whole body and lifestyle, not just the site of pain.
Her passion for helping others has taken her overseas too; she volunteered at a physiotherapy clinic in Guatemala, where she supported local communities through rehabilitation and movement therapy.
Alongside her clinical work, Anna has been involved in cheerleading for over a decade- first as an athlete and now as a coach and injury prevention specialist. This unique combination of athletic insight and clinical expertise shapes her hands-on, movement-focused approach to sports massage.
Whether clients visit WPPC to relieve tension, recover from injury, or simply take time to reconnect with their body, Anna’s goal is always the same: to help every person leave their session feeling stronger, lighter, and more at ease.
