
With a background in competitive sports, triathlons, and endurance racing, Ali is passionate about supporting others to feel happy and healthy in their bodies. She encourages her clients to be connected to their bodies so that they are able to move freely and positively in daily life.
Ali is a fully certified matwork Pilates instructor. She obtained her qualification through the Body Control Pilates method. She has experience in teaching beginner and intermediate levels on the Reformer and has obtained her Level 1 on the Body Control Reformer Course. She is currently working towards her full equipment certification with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) which has added a clinical element to her approach. Ali is also a qualified Yoga instructor. She initially trained with Hot Power Yoga London and obtained a further 300 hours of training with Jason Crandell at Triyoga London.
Having experienced the benefits of Pilates and Yoga first hand, Ali shares her experience with attention, energy, and compassion. Ali teaches with a focus on breath control, coordination, and core stability, while offering an appropriate level of challenge for the individual.
