Bio: After spending two decades writing about the benefits of yoga, award-winning journalist Lucy Hyslop decided to practise what she preaches qualifying from the British Wheel of Yoga (Teacher Training Foundation Course) and Yoga Alliance (200-hour teacher training). She likes to build on warmth and humour to inspire students to leave with the tools to calm down life and reset their happiness button.
