Natasha Williams-Rapata

Natasha has experienced first hand the benefits Pilates can bring to your life after it was the only form of exercise that aided her recovery from a sports injury. Coming from a performing arts background and completing a BA in Philosophy, the mind body connection fascinates her. This is why she later trained in pilates rehabilitation, myofascial release, flexibility training, postural correction, and general conditioning.

Natasha wants to bring confidence and empowerment to her clients by correcting any dysfunctions and making sure they move efficiently to prevent injuries in their body; all whilst having a bit of fun.
