Panayiota graduated in 2011 and went straight into private practice in Cyprus for the first 5 years of her career. In 2016, she decided to move to the UK to further develop her career and explore the area of chronic pain. She went on to complete an MSc in Advancing Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy at the University of Nottingham. Since moving to the UK, Panayiota has worked in private hospitals, private clinics, and the NHS, treating a variety of orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
In addition to her work in private practice, Panayiota works as a Specialist Physiotherapist in the NHS for patients with complex and chronic pain and spinal conditions. She has trained in manual therapy, exercise prescription, CBT, and mindfulness. She believes in a patient-centered, holistic approach when it comes to treatment.
In her free time, Panayiota enjoys photography, playing the piano and spending time with friends.
