Our approach to treatment is a joint effort between our Physiotherapists and you the patient. Our skill is to find the right approach to exercise, that is fun, appropriate for your condition so that you can see the impact of your efforts.
A regular home exercise programme is vital. As muscles form or strengthen, you can engage in new and correct movement pattern. If muscles work correctly, less strain is placed on your joints and pain reduces. The aim is that we help you to develop biomechanics of the body that are as near perfect as you are able to achieve.
We will provide exercises on paper and by email.
