Exercising well and effectively . Learning to breathe well. A daily exercise routine will be taught.

Eating nutritionally healthy food. Advice given.

Sleeping well. Advice given.

Looking after your emotional health with mindfulness/ meditation/ time out for yourself. Advice and techniques taught.

Many of our chartered physiotherapists worked in intensive care and respiratory physiotherapy during their NHS working lives. Our holistic knowledge and understanding of medical pathology can give you reassurance and expert advice.

PILATES EQUIPMENT AND YOGA SESSIONS 1:1 or 1:3

We have a spacious, clean Pilates equipment studio and also a matwork studio.

We can offer personal sessions with just you and the therapist.
